Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Products and Service bought on https://www.financialstreet.in/ cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user. The money paid to purchase or subscribe to a paid service would not be refunded, unless there is a case of multiple payments for the same product by the same user.

Banks are not subject to refund in the event of cancellation of transaction by the student. The cancellation charge is determined by the Financial Street rules for cancellation and is based on the time of cancellation and the status of the fee payment. The GST is not refunded. FULL FEE would be refundable in money back offer (in money back offer Banks are not subject to refund in the event of cancellation of transaction by the student. The GST is not refunded).

NOTE :- Do not try to copy/paste/edit/email/Print the PDF. In that case you will lose the PDF and financial street will not be responsible for it.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

You acknowledge having read the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and further agree that it is binding between you and Financial Street, superseding all prior understandings and agreements, oral and/ or written entered into between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The Privacy Policy outlined in this Website shall form part of this Agreement.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
